RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand business requirements to identify and define technology solutions
2. Collaborate/Coordinate Support with internal team and technology partners and vendors to identify solution options with pros and cons
3. Develop best effort estimates for project delivery
4. Track data flow between core application component and related systems..
5. Design and develop applications or technology interfaces and bridges where required
6. Prepares technical design documents and blueprints according to development standards
7. Provide timely and effective communication regarding work status, issue escalation, solution proposal to appropriate stakeholders.
8. Design, code, test, document, troubleshoot, and/or debug for complex application development utilizing standard programming tools and techniques
9. Actively participates in various efforts and ideas related to process improvement and best practices.
KEY SKILLS
1. Graduate of a relevant degree from a recognised institution
2. Previous experience developing and implementing applications, using AngularJS, C#, ASP.NET,
HTML5, ASP.NET web forms, jQuery,MVC, JSON in a professional setting.
3. The ideal candidate will have both .NET and Java experience.
4. Strong interest in learning Agile development practices
5. Development expertise with the Visual Studio IDE
6. Experience with databases (particularly Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
7. Solid understanding in web and desktop application environments(with the use of WPF, WCF and web sockets) and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web
8. configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies
9. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

We have an opening for Business Development Manager that are specialized or have previous experience of working with financial service sector. The requirement requires Marketing financial/investment product(s) directly to retail clients. Developing a database of prospects and leads and converting the acquired data into client meetings and follow-ups with eventual conversion to sales within a reasonable time period. Providing clients with after sales advise and troubleshooting services with respect to their investment activity and acting as a medium between the company and the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading accounts through networking, data base, and references.
2. End to end customer relationship management.
3. Meet Non-Trading Customers and activate them.
4. Sell online accounts to customers and encourage them to trade online.
5. Have a customer centric approach and ensure that customer is serviced well.
6. Ensure that customer trades actively after opening of the trading account.
7. To understand customer’s financial goals, advice them on Buy, Sell or Hold strategy and execute trade.
8. Interact with clients to update them on research calls and advising them on asset allocation within their portfolio and guide them on Buy, Sell or hold strategy.
9. Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS:
1. BBA, B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., MBA-Finance, M Com, PGDM/MBA- Finance.
2. Should have at least 1-3 years of work experience in Broking / Insurance (Life, General, or Health) /
Bank / mutual fund.
3. Experience of having successful Broker relationships would be an added advantage.
4. Follow in house Research Reports, Company news and track company performance.
