We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, and servicing of dental equipment such as dental chairs, compressors, suction units, and other clinical devices. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and delivering high customer satisfaction through timely technical support and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission dental equipment at client locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely.
- Attend breakdown and service calls within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for smooth installation and servicing.
- Train clinic staff on the proper usage and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate service reports, checklists, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and management of tools, spare parts, and inventory.
- Provide feedback on recurring technical issues and suggest product improvements.
- Support product demonstrations and demo setups whenever required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic electronic systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment faults efficiently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Hands-on approach with field service readiness.
- Good time management and discipline.
- Basic understanding of medical or dental equipment is preferred.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field.
- Prior experience in servicing medical or dental equipment is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
