Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing Quality Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, process control, and quality assurance systems along with knowledge of ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IQC (Incoming Quality Control) to inspect and verify raw materials and incoming components.
- Perform routine PQC (Process Quality Control) to monitor quality throughout the production process.
- Carry out FQC (Final Quality Control) before dispatch to ensure product compliance and defect-free shipment.
- Operate and handle quality instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, etc.
- Support implementation and compliance with ISO standards and documentation procedures.
- Identify quality gaps and assist in corrective & preventive action (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality consistency and process adherence.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and data logs for audits and traceability.
- Assist in improving overall process quality and reduce rejection ratio.
- Prepare quality MIS reports using MS Office tools.
Skills & Knowledge Required
- Hands-on experience with Quality Measuring Instruments.
- Good knowledge of IQC / PQC / FQC procedures.
- Understanding of ISO Standards & Documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Production Processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail & problem-solving skills.

- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.

Attendance and Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and maintain accurate records for all employees.
- Handle leave requests, track leave balances, and maintain related documentation.
Payroll

Employee Engagement

Document Management and Formatting
- Maintain and organize physical and digital company documents, ensuring accessibility and security.
- Format reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel bookings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
Support for Multi-functional Environment
- Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adapt quickly to various ad-hoc tasks and shifting priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and Admin roles, ideally in a multi-functional environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
