We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven professionals to join our travel sales team. The role involves selling flight tickets and providing excellent customer service to international clients, primarily from Canada and the USA.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international flight tickets
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable flight options
• Research airlines, routes, fares, and schedules to provide accurate information
• Offer personalized recommendations including alternate routes, dates, and layovers
• Share complete details regarding itineraries, baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Education Qualification
• Graduate / High School Diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

- Good understanding of technical products and ability to explain them to clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HVAC systems, industrial equipment, or technical product sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report preparation.

- Travel to customer locations as and when required for meetings and business development activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers welcome).
- Basic understanding of Electronics / Electrical products and solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Must be comfortable with customer visits and field travel.
- Positive attitude with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
