Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in polymer sales or telecom industry. The role involves business development, client handling, and market expansion for reprocessed engineering polymers across the Tricity and nearby industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer/engineering plastics market
- Promote and sell reprocessed polymers including:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and distributors
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories (Baddi, Nalagarh, Parwanoo, etc.)
- Generate leads and convert them into business closures
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable material solutions
- Negotiate pricing, follow up on orders, and ensure timely closures
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality designs within deadlines and handling multiple creative requirements on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a minimum of 4-5 creatives per day as per brand guidelines
- Create visually appealing brochures, banners, flyers, graphics, posters and marketing creatives
- Design logos and brand identity elements
- Develop engaging social media creatives including grids and carousels
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s tone and visual standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign-based creatives
Required Skills:
- Strong command over Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience in brochure design, logo creation, social media grids, carousels, and banners
- Ability to meet daily targets and work under tight deadlines
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
