Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to generate new business enquiries.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up for order closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Process RFQs accurately and within timelines.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide technical consultation to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for new product introductions and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and vendors.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure business growth.
• Follow up on payments and collections for the assigned territory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales of industrial automation products.
• Good understanding of Drives, Motors, PLC, HMI, Motion Control, or related industrial automation solutions.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and technical presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits within the assigned region.
