Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in modern web application development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React JS, .NET technologies, and front-end development, along with exposure to UI Automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React JS and .NET technologies.
Develop responsive and user-friendly UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement and maintain UI Automation test scripts to ensure application quality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and backend developers.
Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
Document technical designs, processes, and user guides as required.
Required Skills
Strong experience in React JS.
Hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience or knowledge of UI Automation tools and frameworks.
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and scale large enterprise applications in the maritime ERP domain using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
2. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to integrate REST APIs and business logic.
3. If experienced, contribute to front-end development using Angular (preferred).
4. Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and version control using Git/GitHub.
5. Leverage AI tools such as Cursor to boost productivity and automate repetitive development tasks.
6. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization tasks.
7. Work independently and proactively manage time and deliverables within a fast-paced remote or hybrid team environment.
8. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure end-to-end system integrity.
9. Communicate effectively in English with internal stakeholders and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in professional software development using .NET Core, MVC, and C#.
2. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
3. Experience working on complex, large-scale applications — not just basic websites.
4. Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor AI.
5. Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Familiarity with front-end frameworks, especially Angular (preferred but not mandatory).
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
8. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
9. A strong sense of responsibility and motivation to contribute to a team building impactful technology for the maritime industry.

He/ She will be responsible for curating a conference programme, inviting speakers, and liaising with speakers to ensure attendance, organize or assist in the organizing of the event, as the case may be and to attend to all matters relating to conducting a successful event.
The work life of Conference Producer would be –
i. Responsible for researching topics and recommending topics on which conferences could be held, given the latest trends.
ii. Conducting Telephonic Research with Target Market to develop an Innovative Conference Agenda.
iii. Communicate with the Key Industry figures to determine the validity of the proposed topic, sub themes, timing and location.
iv. Source, Engage and aboard potential speakers for the conferences.
v. Assist in the development of Conference direction and topics by discussion with industry experts.
vi. Keen learner for B2B sectors.
vii. Conduct research and gather industry intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference programme.
viii. Communicate marketing plans and works closely with the various team members to ensure milestones of the events are on target.
ix. Provide excellent services and professionalism from pre-to-post events.

i. BMM Graduate or MBA Marketing.
