Role & Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligning with
their overall marketing goals and performance marketing objectives.
● Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such
as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
● Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track success and adjust
strategies as needed
● Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social
media efforts align with overall campaign objectives
● Manage ORM
● Create regular social listening reports
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social mediamanagement and performance marketing
Skills Required:
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet deadlines.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with
clients, team members, and stakeholders.
● Experience in planning and implementing integrated strategies on
brands, driving business value for them.
● Ability to provide training support to the team and implement ways
of working/processes/schedules to course-correct.
● Basic knowledge of KPI sheets, P&L management, manpower mapping,
salary budgeting, and succession planning.
● Creative problem-solving attitude and ability to identify and develop PR
opportunities.
● Ability to facilitate effective payment collection from clients to ensure timely
payment.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing,
and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred.
● Knowledge of whatsapp and email marketing.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with social media
metrics.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
