•Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
•Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
•Build page navigation buttons and search fields
•Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
•Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables)
•Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
•Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
•Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
• Formulate user flows and create prototypes for implementing user interactions which include

Requirements and skills
•Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
•Graphic Design skills: colour, typography, iconography, charts, graphic manipulation and
layouts.
•Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, video creating and editing and Adobe XD.
• Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, invasion will be an added advantage
•Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
•Good time-management skills
•BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

8. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
9. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
10. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
11. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
12. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
13. Familiarity with MongoDB Shading & Replica Sets
14. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN or Git
