Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for Secondary, territory, WOD, and collection and as per advised by seniors.
- Must have a sound understanding of the taxes and duties applicable on liquor.
- Highly confident at analysing market data. Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
- Provide the direction to the team for achievement of the business goals.
- Exploring new markets within the region
- Identifying and proposing new opportunities
- Adding new customers
- Propose new products based on market
- Establish close working relationship with all the functions to maximize efficiencies and ensure timely execution.
- Any other task as may be delegated by the reporting Manager or Senior Management.
- Request for Allocation of stocks to the central SCM team
- Direct the team to ensure on time order confirmations, follow up for permits and other required documents with customers
- Follow up with the SCM team for ensuring deliveries on time
- Visit customers based on the visit plan
- Ensure that the BD representatives visit the customers regularly
- Follow up with customers for collections
- Follow up for C Forms collections
- Follow up for EVC collections
- Team-Related Responsibilities :
- Review the daily sales report for the salesmen reporting directly
- Conduct appraisals of the team directly reporting

Job Responsibilities:-
- Training new or existing employees.
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
- Overall responsibility for payroll Processing and administration.
- Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, labour law and record information on a timely basis.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
- Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Profile:-
1. Accounts Entry in Tally ERP
2. Reconciliation of accounts data with all statutory payments & Banks
3. Coordinating with branch office to get required data for accounts
4. Professional Tax filling
5. GST filling
6. Online Bank Payments
7. Preparation of Reports as required on various aspects of accounts
8. Ageing Statement, creditors & debtors statement
9. Assisting team on voucher preparation.
10. Ensuring all process of accounts is complied with.
Requirement:
Ø Good speaking writing skills in English & Local language & knowledge of speaking Hindi would be advantage.
Ø B.COM qualification
Ø Thorough knowledge of making presentable reports in excel
Ø Working knowledge of tally latest version
Ø Should have experience of working as accountant for at least 4-5 years for Senior profile
Ø Should know the rules of income tax, GST, TDS and etc
Ø Should have worked independently as accountant in a medium sized company.
Ø Experience of finalizing accounts with Chartered accountant would be advantage.
