Qualification University  Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering.
Experience a) 8 -10 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry preferably in lighting industry
b) Sound Knowledge of regulatory system & Quality Management.
c) Good knowledge for Q.A. function & procedures including Incoming Quality,  Manufacturing Quality and Finished Goods Quality assurance.

Working ability a) Be able to work independently in concurrence with company’s policies,.

d)Approving all procedures potentially impacting the quality of Raw Material or finished products.
e)Approving all specifications & master production instructions,
f)Approving Changes that potentially impact Semi Finished or finished product quality .

h) To Develop & approve vendors.
i)To design and prepare necessary SOP for all activities related to smooth functioning of Q.A department. To support related dept. for maintaining the system.
j)Responsible for documentation and control of documents in the organization. To maintain the overall functioning records etc. properly for facing any internal or external audits.
j)) To ensure that all production operations are strictly adhered to ISO 9001-2008, and related S.O.P`s. Ensure that internal audits (self-inspections) are performed.
k) To monitor production facility. To ensure the review of all batch dockets, prior to batch release. To prepare and approve standard operating procedures (SOP).
l)To evaluate & investigate customer complaint & report probable solutions to concern departments.
m) To control the process & equipment deviations through process change.
n)To maintain and calibrate the equipments as per appropriate standards.
i) Reviewing and approving validation protocols and reports. Impart training the employees and vendors.
m) Knowledge of ISO9000-2008,UL standards,
n) Able to handle 3rd party Inspection as per client specifications
o) Able to operate electrical& electronic  testing instrument related to lighting Industry
Language Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi.

Travel With valid traveling document and be able to travel abroad.
