Job Responsibilities:
 Generating Performa invoices, tax invoice, e-way bills, credit/debit note to the
super stockiest across India. Should have experience of generating and maintaining
records of the same, of minimum 26 super stockiest across India.
 Follow up with super stockiest and ensure timely entry of closing inventory at
Super stockiest level.
 Processing scheme claims of stockiest and incentive calculation of field force based
on targets given.
 Validating and maintain the system and Physical inventory from time to time, in
coordination with Warehouse manager and accounts.
 Preparing reports on sales and submitting to GM-Sales and management.
 Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and yearly
contracts of transporters; checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
 Entering data for invoices and delivery notes relating to purchases within Facilities,
including details regarding quantities in order to provide accurate data for setting
budgets.
 Preparation of Monthly presentation data.
