Outbound Sales:
Location: DLF Mall, Saket or Nirman Vihar, Behind V3S Mall, Vikas Marg
1. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
2. Call potential customers, educate and convert to a sale.
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
4. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Competencies and Skills Required:
· Good communications skills
· Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle pressure
Experience Required:
1 to 3 year’s of relevant work experience
Working Days & Hours: 6 Days, 9 Hrs. (10 am – 7 pm / 11 am – 8 pm)
Compensation: 15,000 – 24,000 per month (Fixed) + incentives + you get to vape all day.
