Job Responsibilities Actionable
Training Conduct New Hire Training batches. Take overall responsibility for
conducting all activities prior to the Training Program. Ensure effective and efficient conduct of the Training Program. Also, conduct training for products that have high TnM & complex
processing.
Learning Modulates the training program as per the needs of participants, while
maintaining consistency vis–vis the learning objectives. Drive a
participative and interactive training session and resolve queries/
concerns.
Feedback Ensure completion of the key activities to be conducted post
completion of the Training Program. Collate the training feedback
forms (1st Level) from each participant online.
Assessment Conduct Assessment & Create Questionnaire and Certifications of associates as per the training curriculum. Take overall responsibility for conduct of the designed Assessment and documentation of
participant-wise results.
Data Reporting Ensure completion of all the required forms and formats required from an administrative and governance perspective:
o Training Delivery Dashboard
o Training Feedback Report (1st Level)
o Assessment & Certification Dashboard
Development Responsible for the on-job training by supporting trainees during the post training month. Conduct Product Refresher training for agents on

The objective of the role :-

Should be responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business, and establishing the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a Management level position especially in Real estate.
Have a strong background in Technical & Soft Skills.
Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
Strong Project Management skills.
Ability to communicate in more than one language
