JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prospecting – Developing a list of target interiors designers and architects
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking in fraternity
with other bdms and pmcs
• Developing end client data from similar industry bdm tie-ups like tiles,
marble, cp sanitary fittings etc.
• Cold calling & visiting architect and designer offices to get an
appointment with the principal architect • Present brand offering, products and services • Arranging in store events with architects, interior designers and their teams. • Collecting data on the projects at hand and pitching for the same
• Arranging showroom and factory visits of principal architects and
designers with their teams
• Strong and timely follow up with prospects until project enquiry
generated & aggressive approach for project closing • Engaging existing customer base with latest projects and company news
• Represent organization at trade shows, events and demonstrations
• Taking architect/customer feedback and analyzing them for future
improvements
• Coordinating photoshoot of the site post completion.

Requirements & Profile –

lubricant sales in Ambernath and Badlapur and 35 kms surrounding to ambernath areas
directly in industry as distributor sales representative
3. Will do direct sales on in Ambernath , Badlabur , Murbad , adjoining areas and developing
new industrial customers . Collect orders, payments from industries .
4. Should have own 2 Wheeler for marketing
5. Should have knowledge of using excel and e mail .
6. Product recommendation & Trouble shooting technical knowledge required for Cutting Oil .
And Experience of Sales of Hydraulic Oils , Gear Oils etc .
7. To operate in general industrial product range with 30% focus on cutting oil .
8. Night Stays Required- 0
9. Qualification- B tech Degree .
10. Having Experience in areas of Ambernath , Badlapur , Murbad , Taloja in industrial lubricants .

Evaluation Criteria –
1. We are looking for a candidate who is a resident of Mumbai or shifted to Mumbai and can report
to Ambernath by 9:30 am.
2. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the industrial lubricants industry within a
35 km radius of Ambernath. He may have experience in any of the areas 35 kms from Ambernath .
3. We require a strong customer base, with a minimum of 60 industrial customers.
4. The candidate should have a solid existing customer base for cutting oils, with at least 10
customers.
5. The candidate should have a proven track record of selling cutting oils, with a minimum of 2 KL
PM sales.
6. Strong secondary sales skills are essential for this role. .
7. The ideal candidate will have excellent trouble-shooting knowledge of cutting oils
8. We require a candidate with in-depth product recommendation knowledge of cutting oils.
