Job Description / Responsibilities – Required “Electrical Engineer” who is having 02 to 05 years experience in Power Distribution / Rural Electrification Work i.e. SAUBHAGYA, R-APDRP, RGGY, IPDS, DDUGJY & PMDP etc.will only be considered.
Should be having working experience in Power Distribution Projects Under PMDP, DDUGJY, IPDS, R-APDRP, SAUBHAGYA etc Scheme.
Desired profile of the candidate – Should be responsible for takeup all billing related documents
i.e. Inspection report, Dispatch Instruction, Inspection order,Vendor Invoice, EwayBill, LR Copies, Indemnity Bond, Stamp Papers etc. Power Distribution Projects Under PMDP, DDUGJY, IPDS, -APDRP, SAUBHAGYA etc Scheme.
· Should be excellent command over MS-Excel, Word etc.
· Knowledge of making RA Bills, i.e. Supply Erection, retention & withhold amount reconciliation statement.
· Should be excellent in Daily Progress Report, Store Data, Vendor / Petty Contractor Financial / material reconciliation statement.
· Should be excellent command to making Petty Contractor RA Bills & labour payment bill etc.
· Should be responsible for Preparation, checking and billing for various Works, Materials, Services and reconciliation.
· Coordination with site team for collection of data and documentation with respect to Invoices and coordination with Auditors for resolving billing requirements and assuring fulfillment for the same.
· Should basic knowledge of tender documents and be able understand contractual requirements and similarly be able for collection and coordination for respective contractual documentation.
· Shall have Basic understanding of Bank Guarantees, retentions, Invoices, RA Bills, test certificates, contractual checking, debit notes, Advances, Recoveries, Taxes and payment certificates associated with Billing process with respect to orders and Contracts.
· Coordination with Finance department and assurance of fulfillment of all formalities and documentation for smooth payments.
· Shall be able to perform document control activities related to Billing.
· Training empowerment of fresh and experienced estimation engineers in all aspects of their responsibilities.
