Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Risk Management – Physicals (CTRM) – Motiva Project
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops for Risk Management – Physicals processes.
• Configure commodity pricing, formulas, quotations, and integration with SD.
• Configure pricing procedures and risk analytics.
• Gather and document business requirements during workshops.
• Test business-specific scenarios in sandbox and present outcomes to business and
internal teams.
• Maintain project blueprint, backlog items, and documentation.
2. SAP IS-OIL – TD & TSW (P66 Project)
• Configure IS-OIL Downstream (TD module) including:
o Shipment creation
o Load/Discharge confirmation
o Shipment costing
• Strong experience with IS-OIL Transportation & Distribution processes:
o Purchase Orders, STO, Sales Orders
o Shipment creation & execution
o Delivery confirmation
o Shipment cost document processing
• Configure IS-OIL master data:
o Vehicle master, Transportation units, TU types
o Route & Partner determination
o Driver master, bulk shipments
o In-transit stock & storage locations
• Work on HPM (Conversion group, UoM group, O3Defaults).
• Configure TSW master data (Locations, Partner Roles, Transport Systems).
• Execute TSW scenarios: Marine & Pipeline movements (OK-DX, OK-DG, OX-DS,
etc.).
• Work on MAP Formula & Average Pricing – creation of F&A pricing master data,
formulas, condition types, and pricing rules.
• Build custom pricing procedures.
3. SAP SD + PMO Activities (Al Qaryan Project)
• Work on SAP SD in S/4 HANA environment.
• Understand project scope, contract requirements, and key milestones.
• Prepare project plans and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Stakeholder management and active collaboration with product specialists.
• Own monthly workstream reporting and maintain project artifacts in SharePoint.
• Manage Change Requests, Milestone Control, and documentation readiness for
steering committees.
• Coordinate client demos, UAT, SIT, and sign-off.
• Work with developers for custom builds and testing.

• MANAGE PROJECT QUOTATIONS FOR KITCHENS, WARDROBES, AND RELATED FITTINGS.• COORDINATE WITH CLIENTS, ARCHITECTS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS FOR UPDATES AND CLARIFICATIONS.• CONDUCT CLIENT MEETINGS, SHOWROOM TOURS, AND SITE VISITS.• OVERSEE PROJECT COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM DESIGN APPROVAL TO HANDOVER.• STRONG COMMUNICATION AND CLIENT-HANDLING SKILLS.• HANDLE VENDOR COORDINATION, PAYMENT FOLLOW-UPS, AND ENSURE TIMELY WORKFLOW.• SUPPORT THE DESIGN TEAM WITH CLIENT UPDATES AND PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.• MAINTAIN ORGANIZED RECORDS OF QUOTATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PROGRESS REPORTS.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :-
• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INTERIOR DESIGN / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR A RELATED FIELD.• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.• PROFICIENT IN MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT, AND CANVA.• STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.• PLEASANT PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATION.
PREFERRED SKILLS :-
