Negotiate sale
Advise owners on cost and expenses
Maintain a positive relationship with clients
Advise clients on the buying process, website and brochures and market conditions
Show properties to potential buyers in a site visit.
Follow systems, reporting and company process.
Real Estate Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Graduation degree or equivalent; higher education degree preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Knowledge of real estate sales process
Organised and able to create multiple timelines and schedules
Experience with property management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Must own a car.
