Key Accountabilities/
1.Number of On boarded Doctors/Clinics/ Lab Franchises for
2.Ensuring valid lead generation from all the on boarded partners
3.Maintaining a sound relationship with referring doctors/clinics etc.
4.Clear inter and Intra departmental coordination for all the process flow.
Day to Day responsibilities
1.Ensuring daily visits numbers are met.
2.Ensuring daily MIS are maintained
3.Ensuring valid lead generation vs on boarded partner
4.Proper plan and execution of daily plan as per geography and the company’s needs.
5.Adhering to all the plan and target set by the companyCandidate should have an experience in Hospital (Referral sales
domain ) or Diagnostic Sales (Franchises and Doctor connect
Should possess:
Valid Driving Licence
Two wheeler with valid documents such as vehicle RC Book,
Insurance, Emission Test and vehicle Insurance.

• Packing online orders according to sales orders

Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
Powerful leading skills and business orientation

Worked-As a store Manager-Minimum ex- as Store Manager -2 years and Above.
