•Provide pre-sale support to the end customer, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposals.
•Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
•The candidate must be capable of developing business independently.
•The selected candidate will have a focus on project-based business
Desired Candidate Profile:
•Candidates should have 5-7 years of professional experience in Government sales / B2B sales.
•Candidates must be target-driven, with strong negotiation skills.
•Own conveyance (two or four-wheeler) and laptop is must. (valid license required).
•This is travel-based.

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels,
including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform
campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and
recommendations for optimization.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and
drive higher ROI.
Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources based on performance goals and
priorities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital
marketing and performance advertising.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure
alignment of campaign objectives and messaging.
Utilize programmatic ad tools such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc., to
enhance campaign targeting and reach (experience with these tools is an added advantage).
Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance,
insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
1 – 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google
Ads.
Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns with
measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics,
Facebook Analytics, etc.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best
practices.
Experience with programmatic ad tools like Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk,
etc., is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
