•Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

•The candidate must be capable of developing business independently.

•The selected candidate will have a focus on project-based business

Desired Candidate Profile:

•Candidates should have 5-7 years of professional experience in Government sales / B2B sales.

•Candidates must be target-driven, with strong negotiation skills.

•Own conveyance (two or four-wheeler) and laptop is must. (valid license required).

•This is travel-based.

Required Qualifications:

•B. Tech. in (Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering)

•MBA in (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

 Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels,
including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
 Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform
campaign strategies.
 Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and
recommendations for optimization.
 Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and
drive higher ROI.
 Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources based on performance goals and
priorities.
 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital
marketing and performance advertising.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure
alignment of campaign objectives and messaging.
 Utilize programmatic ad tools such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc., to
enhance campaign targeting and reach (experience with these tools is an added advantage).
 Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance,
insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
 1 – 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Google
Ads.
 Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns with
measurable results.

 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics,
Facebook Analytics, etc.
 In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best
practices.
 Experience with programmatic ad tools like Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk,
etc., is preferred.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
 Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.
