MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSBILITY: –
To work with project team and responsible for execution and installation of Automation Products and
Control Systems. Preparing BOQ and specs selection for products, costing, handling from design to
approval and building of panel along with our team, testing and commissioning of automation control
panel system at site. Team handling experience is must.
Programing of PLC, Development of HMI & SCADA, Commissioning of AC/DC DRIVES, Application
Development on Servo Motor & Motion Controllers, Commissioning etc. Knowledge of VFD Application
Development and Commissioning. Expert in supervision in Building Control Panels. Team handling and
customer support.
Experience in industrial automation-based projects on DCS/SCADA/HMI/DRIVES AND PAC/PLC.
INDUSTRY PREFERENCE: –
Worked on Control System in Steel / Heat Treatment (Automobile) / Metals / Glass / Rubber & Plastics
Industries.

• Support leadership with strategic insights, competitive analysis, and revenue planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 8–10 years of total experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions in the overseas market.
• 3+ years of proven team management experience in high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in inside and outside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise
deal closures.
• Existing network and relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Experience managing large accounts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup
environment.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving markets.
