Roles and Responsibilities –
Maintaining and increasing sales for defined/assigned company’s products.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Build effective business relationships with healthcare partners and customers.
Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations vs actual service levels.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Responsible to take care of everything at ground level (from taking orders from hospital till supply of product/payment receipt)
Create Goodwill with Hospitals and use that goodwill for business opportunities available.
Others
Candidate must have worked with Govt Institutions (Central, State, Defence, ESIC, CGHS etc.)
Knowledge of Tender Business
Ideally should have past sales experience in any of the following: Oncology/ Ophthalmology/ Endocrinology/ Neurology/ Lab Equipment
Technical Skills- MS Office, would be good if worked on SAP in the past

ROLE SUMMARY
Manager – Business Planning & Operations will work directly with the Managing Director and play a key role in sales planning, business analysis, inventory planning, import coordination, logistics tracking, collection monitoring, service monitoring, and management reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate monthly sales planning with the sales team.
• Track target achievement and prepare sales performance reports.
• Analyze inventory levels and support import planning decisions.
• Monitor stock ageing, replenishment requirements, and warehouse inventory.
• Track import shipments, container movements, ETD, ETA, customs clearance, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor customer collections, overdue accounts, and working capital performance.
• Coordinate with sales teams for collection follow-up and credit control.
• Monitor after-sales service performance and complaint closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management dashboards and MIS reports.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Service, Purchase, and Management teams.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, electrical, battery, automotive, or industrial sectors preferred.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with experience in Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers at installation sites or locations where issues have arisen with the ESS system. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring proper installation and functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality.
Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices.
Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to provide feedback and escalate complex issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in energy storage technology and inverter systems.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology.
Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
