Your Recruitment Specialist
Job Descriptions:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps sector.
· Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.
Customer Engagement:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
· Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Product Knowledge:
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps technology.
· Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Sales Support:
· Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals and quotations.
· Assist in the negotiation and closure of sales deals.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Market Analysis:
· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
· Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.
· Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Ø Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers and heating pumps.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ø Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to technician requests by reviewing the brief description of
required parts and work order numbers.
Locate the technician's card on system, and unlock the card.
After the technician completes the purchase, review the transaction and
lock the card back using the system’s “Lock” function.
Ensure that drivers submit receipts after completing a purchase.
Review submitted receipts for accuracy, ensuring they are categorized
appropriately for financial tracking and reconciliation
Job Requirements
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all transactions and receipts are
handled accurately and securely.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
technicians and analysts.
Strong mathematical skills and comfort with numbers for accurate
financial processing and reconciliation.
Proficiency with computer systems and financial software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to secure financial practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Shift Time: Rotational shifts / Night shifts
Days of work: 5.5 days

PLC Programmer:
Having 2+ years of experience, preferably in Mitsubishi or Delta
Components selection and panel layout design
Panel wiring: both control and power Installation and commissioning at customer end along with troubleshooting calls.
PLC programming as per ongoing projects
Understanding of ladder logic and how PLC programming is done.
