- Identify, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, Trello, Mantis, or Bugzilla.
- Participate in test planning, test execution, and reporting throughout the SDLC and STLC.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve defects.
- Apply manual testing knowledge when required for exploratory or validation testing.
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or equivalent frameworks).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Understanding of Manual Testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Ownership
- Own and manage the P&L for the international SaaS sales business unit.

- Drive consistent pipeline development and closure across global regions.
Business Development
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from demand generation to deal closure.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of total experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong experience in inside and outside sales, outbound prospecting, and enterprise deal closures.
- Existing network and relationships with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience managing large accounts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
