Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities, solid programming experience—especially in Python and Django— and proven experience in leading teams and interacting with clients. As a Senior Developer, you will work on building and deploying advanced machine learning models, guiding project teams, and translating complex business challenges into data-driven solutions. Your ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in data science, AI/ML model development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, ML, and back-end development. • Experience working with the Django framework and integrating ML models with web applications.
• Strong command over machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven experience in client communication, requirement gathering, and project delivery.
• Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and review deliverables for quality and consistency.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, or other LLMs.
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka. • Prior exposure to MLOps practices and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for developing and delivering projects for Python and AI/ML.
2. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and prioritize data science initiatives.
4. Apply statistical modelling, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques as needed.
5. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present insights to stakeholders and clients.
6. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, model APIs, and integrate solutions into Python/Django-based applications.
7. Oversee project lifecycles—from data discovery and feature engineering to model evaluation and product ionization.
8. Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and project direction.
9. Lead client interactions, requirement discussions, and solution presentations.
10. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and bring innovative solutions to the team.
11. Ensure quality control, performance tuning, and compliance in all deployed models and services.
