You’ll help turn strategy into motion. That means executing content strategies built to drive awareness, demand, and MQLs – not vanity metrics. You’ll create and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email, blogs, and ABM assets, constantly mapping messaging back to ICP pain points and pipeline goals. Short posts. Long narratives. Tactical assets. All of it with intent.
LinkedIn is not optional here.
It’s a core GTM surface. You’ll handle daily execution – posting, repurposing, tracking engagement – while supporting inbound demand through smart distribution. On the outbound side, you’ll assist with ICP targeting, content-led outreach, and messaging alignment. Every post, every comment, every experiment is tracked and tied back to MQL impact.

Email is where intent compounds.
And you’ll be deep in it. You’ll craft and execute email sequences – cold outbound, warm nurtures, and campaign-driven flows. You’ll work on sequencing logic, copy, testing, and reporting using tools like Mailchimp and Instantly. The goal is simple: move leads forward. From attention to MQL. From MQL to pipeline.
This is where marketing meets revenue.
And it’s not theoretical. You’ll support Account-Based Marketing strategies by researching ICPs, identifying accounts and signals, and coordinating touchpoints across LinkedIn, email, and content. You’ll help move leads from first interaction to qualified opportunity, while building a clear understanding of how marketing actually contributes to pipeline – not just reach.
If it’s not tracked, it doesn’t exist.
So you’ll track it. You’ll manage CRM hygiene – lead updates, campaign tagging, MQL tracking – while supporting pipeline visibility for marketing and sales. You’ll learn how MQLs are defined, qualified, and handed off. And more importantly, why that process matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations and pricing
• Analyze project scope and develop accurate bid proposals
• Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors, and project estimates
• Support procurement activities and ensure competitive pricing
• Work with project teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements
• Follow up on submitted bids and assist in closing projects
• Preparing and sending RFQs, and following up with vendors
• Quantity take-off for dampers, air outlets, and equipment
• Maintaining and updating logs for bidding and purchase activities
And other activities in the Estimation & Purchasing department.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC estimation and purchasing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and project specifications
• Experience with estimating tools and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Building Construction industry, with a significant
portion in Planning Engineer or Scheduler roles
Solid understanding of HVAC systems (both air side and water side)
Knowledge of construction sequencing, resource planning, and project controls
��️ Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain detailed HVAC project schedules in alignment with the
overall construction schedule
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely
delivery of HVAC activities
Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on
track
Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for management and clients
Support the project team in planning manpower, equipment, and material resources for
HVAC works
Analyze project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans
Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
throughout planning & execution
Collaborate closely with the US-based Project Management team on international
projects
�� Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & components
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office
Excellent understanding of construction workflows, resource & cost loading, and earned
value analysis
Ability to foresee challenges and develop contingency plans
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
