· Quality & Production coordination with respective department Managers, Plant, pump operators & clients for a smooth, effective and qualitative functioning in your allocated shift.
· We work in shift duties, and you primary duty would be controlling the plant operations .
· Ensure timely dispatches & ensure Batch MIS.
· Coordination with Concrete Pumps supervisors, Transit mixer drivers for smooth delivery. Handling the quality department in your shift.
· Coordination with clients and ensure timelines are met and the clients are satisfied.
Place of work: Gurgaon
Reporting to the Director
Salary- Not a bar for the candidate with right experience & qualification.
Mandatory requirements for this position:
1. Experience in the similar profile is a MUST at an Assistant manager or Manager level
2. Graduate preferably Civil Engg with mimum of 5 years experience in an Assistant manager or manager level.
3. Must be able handle the Production of the plant single highhandedly without any assistance.
4. Spoken & written English is desirable.
5. Should have excellent man management skills
6. Should be Computer literate
