Job Overview:
An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling a company’s products through
virtual channels like phone and email, identifying potential leads, qualifying them, presenting product
information, negotiating deals, and closing sales, all while maintaining strong relationships with existing
clients and working closely with marketing teams to understand market needs and customer pain points
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers
and qualify leads
● Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing
● Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and
sales data is accurate and up-to-date.
● Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and
professional manner
● Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed
deals.
● Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing
to team success
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required.
● Use Google Sheet to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and
completeness of the information
● Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required.
● Other duties as assigned.
Job requirements and skills:
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
● Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals
● Familiarity with Google Sheet and MS Office.

Job Description ESS Sales :-
– Person responsible for B2C, B2B and channel sales
– B2B will include Sales from Inverter manufacturers and EPC businesses
– B2C will include individual projects like Home, Office, Hospitals, Corporates, etc.
– He will develop the channel for the products for sustained sales
– He will also be responsible for participating in exhibitions in Tier-2 & Tier-3 towns to develop markets in those areas
– Product categories will include All-in-one, Hybrid Inverter & Battery, and Inverter Batteries
– Person needs to be aggressive in sales – converting leads into revenue
– Background should be from similar background with at least 3-4 years of experience

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
• 8–15 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices / prosthetics & orthotics
• Proven success in sales leadership and managing teams
• Exposure to CSR-based and institutional sales is preferred
