To train Technicians and Plumbers teams on product range.
To arrange Displays and Samples at Franchisee Show rooms.
To do B2B business development with Franchisees by promoting
products to his network of Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants,
Contractors, Plumbers, etc.
To plan sales as per PSO system and achieve 80% of it.
To achieve sales growth.
To collect money within 60 days .
To recall/recover unsold stocks in 90 days.
Regularly conduct Plumber’s training.
To resolve Franchisee’s Business issues.
To do direct sales to own clients and projects.
Skills Required
Good Relationships and Market network.
Good at Numerical analysis in excel.
Good concept selling and innovative selling ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
● Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our animation services.
● Generate leads through email campaigns, online platforms, and networking.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Sales:
● Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients through effective communication.
● Prepare and deliver customized pitches and proposals.
● Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
● Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Cross-Functional:
● Collaborate with the creative team to align marketing materials with brand messaging.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications using CRM tools.
● Regularly review performance data to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in animation or related industries).
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.

Having knowledge and experience of Electrical Panel Designing + Electrical drawing in Autocad/ E plan software.
Machine manual generation & Electrical Documentation.
