Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and
Retrospective.
Coach Product Owner and team on agile principles, story slicing, estimation, and
empirical forecasting.
Shield teams from scope churn; manage dependencies and risks across engineering,
data/ML, QA, and integrations.
Track and improve flow metrics (cycle/lead time, throughput), quality (escaped
defects), and predictability (planned vs. done).
Drive continuous improvement with actionable retros and experiment backlogs.
Maintain healthy backlogs with clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Ready/Done.
Coordinate releases with Tech Leads/QA; ensure change logs, rollback plans, and
compliance checks are completed.
Foster collaboration with clinical and partner stakeholders; run effective demos and
feedback loops.
Ensure privacy/security/clinical-safety steps are embedded in the team’steam’s DoD.
Promote transparency via dashboards and concise status updates.
Minimum Qualifications
4–6 years in agile delivery; 2+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for product teams.
Proven facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
Hands-on with Jira (or similar), Confluence, and agile reporting/metrics.
Experience coordinating across engineering, QA, and (ideally) data/ML or integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Certification (any one): CSM, PSM, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Domain exposure to healthcare or other regulated/safety-critical environments.
Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 integrations and/or WhatsApp Business Platform processes.
Understanding of MLOps/HITL workflows, model versioning, and evaluation gates.
Comfort with CI/CD, automated testing, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
Metrics fluency (DORA, flow efficiency, Monte Carlo forecasting).

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of IT products, from ideation to deployment and
support.
Act as the bridge between stakeholders, product, and engineering teams, translating
business needs into clear product requirements.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, backlog, and release plans.
Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to compliance and
quality standards.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups).
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
Collaborate with QA, engineering, DevOps, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory
adherence (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, SOC, etc.) where applicable.
Drive and maintain audit readiness, compliance checklists, and governance reporting.
Track delivery progress and provide status and compliance reporting to leadership and
stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and adherence to best practices
across delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business,
or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or delivery
management.
Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of IT products with compliance oversight.
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS
Project, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience in preparing and maintaining compliance, audit, and progress reports.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Certification in Agile / Scrum (CSPO, CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP, Prince2, etc.).
Experience in software product companies, SaaS, or enterprise IT environments.
Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Prior experience in regulatory compliance, reporting automation, and governance
frameworks.
