Being Automation Engineer, you will beresponsible to–
01. To write the complete program of Industrial Controller like (PLC, HMI, Servo, SCADA, VFD, Control Panel and other controllers).
02. Responsible to handle given programming task while co ordinating with Project Manager.
03. Develop the program while conducting the electrical troubleshooting of Industrial controller, Control Panel, Wiring, etc
04. Work in a team and independently to troubleshoot real time programming errors in the ladder logic.
05. On-site support includes Program Execution, Electrical installation, Guidanceto customer & online commissioning,
06. Project execution (mainly based on Pro-face, Delta, Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens) &verification of process.
07. Ensure the Customer Satisfaction.
08. Respond quickly to customer calls.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our customer relationships, drive business growth, and expand our market reach in India and overseas.
Position Overview
The Sales Executive will play a key role in managing existing customers, developing new business opportunities, preparing commercial offers, and coordinating with the production and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of automotive components and process, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2B industrial or Tier 1 sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Customer Management
· Manage existing OEM and Tier-1 customer accounts and ensure continuous satisfaction.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive clutch and brake segment, as well as other potential applications.
· Generate and follow up on RFQs (Request for Quotation) and prepare commercial quotations.
· Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms within management guidelines.
· Preparation of Documentation and submission in customer portals
2. Sales Planning & Forecasting
· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
· Track order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
· Work closely with production planning and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
· Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
· Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
4. Technical & Commercial Support
· Understand customer technical drawings, specifications, and spring performance requirements.
· Coordinate with production, and quality teams to offer feasible solutions.
· Attend customer visits, trade fairs, and technical discussions as required.
5. Reporting & Coordination
· Maintain customer interaction logs, order tracking, and CRM entries.
· Prepare periodic sales performance reports for management review.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred).
· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B industrial or automotive component sales, preferably in springs, precision parts, or metal components.
· Strong understanding of automotive Tier-1 supply chains and documentation (PPAP, APQP, etc.).
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
• Liaise closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
• Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with various teams for regular and ad-hoc CMS tasks and initiatives.
• Be highly involved in UAT site testing for development projects and the regular site walks to ensure 100% accuracy at all times.
• Collaborate with the e-Commerce team for onsite optimizations such as product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
• Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of e-Commerce marketplace activities, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers.
• Reporting on e-Commerce trade performance including KPIs, providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviors and trends.
1. Communicate with clients and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products
2. Control costs by monitoring pricing and budgeting for materials and resources
3. Utilize computer skills to manage inventory, track orders, and analyze sales data
4. Use problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the production process
5. Tap into your creativity to develop innovative designs and concepts for new textile products
6. Work closely with our team to coordinate the production, marketing, and distribution of our textiles
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the quality and consistency of our products
Requirements
• Proven working experience in merchandising in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform – Shopify Plus.
• Knowledge of analytical tools for performance measurement, determining improvements and innovations.
• An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment.
• Excellent ability to analyze data and propose commercial objectives.
