Job Description:-
Work in a development team to develop integrated ASP.NET / MVC applications.
Perform design and development of web based services and applications.
Work closely with quality assurance team to ensure delivery of high quality and reliable web
applications.
Develop databases including queries, triggers and stored procedures.
Monitor application performance at post-deployment stage and make necessary changes if
needed.
Interact with customers to define project features and requirements.
Research and develop prototypes of complicated design solutions.
Perform code reviews and provide necessary corrections.
Develop coding guidelines for the ASP.Net / MVC development team.
Perform application design, development and deployment based on industry’s best practices.
Resolve application defects and issues in a timely manner.
Prepare technical documents as per established project standards.
Conduct application testing based on test cases and test plans.
Works collaboratively with Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project.
Coordinate with Business Analysts and Test Analysts to ensure that the developed application
meets technical requirements and client needs
Essential Skills
2+ 3 year of Web application development experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC,
Web API or WPF, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS3
MVC, Angular JS, bootstrap, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Web API
Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML and SQL Server, including plugins,
scripting and form creation
Knowledge of the .NET framework and its newest features.
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
Experience in on premise, hybrid and cloud based solutions
Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming.
Ability to organize and prioritize work, meets deadlines, and work independently.
Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
Stays abreast of the development in area of professional competence.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills to interact with business and internal
teams

Job Responsibility:-
– Very good knowledge of Heating, Ventilation andAir-conditioning system.
– Evaluation of tender document.
– Full review of specifications and drawings.
– Prepare request for information and send to the main contractor and consultant.
– Accurately take-off quantities from Drawings.
– Obtain compliant quotations from Suppliers / Sub Contractors, Review quotations for compatibility, and ascertain labor norms for installed materials, etc.
– Worked in Computerized estimating systems, Plan swift and Blue Beam Etc…
– Good knowledge of variation/change order work Must be familiar with the preparation of standard shop drawings for piping and HVAC services as per specs and contract drawings.
– Must be familiar with equipment selections and preparing schedules.
– Familiar with preparing BOM for Piping and major HVAC items.
– Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering
– “HVAC” discipline lead.

− Prepares engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using BIM/CAD platforms.
− Establish Systems for Bill of Materials / Quantity
− Take Off for various phases /parts of our projects,specially piping.
− Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering “HVAC” discipline lead.
− Uses time and resource efficiently and effectively.
