About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer (MERN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance
web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will be
responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in our products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using MERN technologies.
Build scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Develop responsive, user-friendly UI/UX with React.js.
Manage databases with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, optimization).
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality
software.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.).
Knowledge of REST API, GraphQL, WebSockets.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with Next.js or React Native for web/mobile apps.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, CI/CD, Terraform).
Understanding of security best practices (OWASP, JWT, OAuth2.0).
Exposure to Unit Testing & Automation (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium).

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer with experience in Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers at installation sites or locations where issues have arisen with the ESS system. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring proper installation and functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ESS, Lithium-ion Battery, and Inverter Batteries.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
Conduct system testing and verification to ensure proper functionality.
Guide customers and installers through technical procedures and best practices.
Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to provide feedback and escalate complex issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in energy storage technology and inverter systems.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during field visits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field service or technical support for Energy Storage Systems, Lithium-ion Battery, or Inverter Batteries.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and battery technology.
Knowledge of inverter operation, installation, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
