Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Branding:
• Design engaging social media posts, banners, ads, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Create logos, branding materials, and website graphics as per the company’s brand identity.
Video Editing & Reels Content Creation:
• Edit and enhance videos for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop creative reel content ideas and execute them with engaging visuals.
• Perficient in making Corporate videos.
• Add effects, transitions, and animations to videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva Pro.
Illustrations & Visual Storytelling:
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Conceptualize and design eye-catching thumbnails, posters, and presentations.
Canva Design & Template Creation:
• Design easy-to-edit templates for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Optimize designs for quick customization by the team using Canva Pro.
Market Research & Trends Analysis:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, colour schemes, and branding techniques.
• Research trending Instagram Reels formats and implement engaging content ideas.
Requirements & Skills:
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
· Strong understanding of social media content creation, especially Reels and Shorts.
· Creative mindset with the ability to generate viral content ideas.
· Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual aesthetics.
· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Business Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Strategically promote our dermatological product range within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement monthly doctor visit plans for all team members and ensure effective execution through regular reviews and follow-ups.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential Dermatologists.
Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), especially Dermatologists, to ensure consistent prescriptions.
Oversee sales operations and monitor stock availability in the assigned area.
Supervise and support team activities including fieldwork, client meetings, and product detailing.
Ensure daily reporting and performance tracking of the sales team.
Plan and execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the dermatology segment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong team management, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
