Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of transportation and logistics, ensuring efficient distribution from port to god owns, managing dispatches of new orders and replacements via courier from various branches, and handling import couriers along with KYC and bond documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Management:
Manage transportation logistics for distribution from ports to godowns.
Obtain quotations from transporters based on weight and negotiate favorable terms
and rates.
Monitor transportation schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Address transportation issues or delays promptly and implement corrective actions.
2. Courier Dispatch Management:
Oversee dispatch process of replacements and new sale orders via courier services
from different branches to customers or designated locations.
Coordinate with courier companies to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure
timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of courier transactions and communicate shipment status
to the sales team or the end customer.
3. Customs Clearance and Documentation Coordination:
Partner with customs house agents (CHAs) to facilitate the smooth clearance of
imported goods through customs.
Work closely with CHAs to prepare and submit necessary customs clearance
documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Import Courier Handling and Documentation:
Manage importation of couriers, including handling customs clearance procedures
and documentation.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, including KYC documentation and bond
requirements.
Coordinate with customs agents and freight forwarders to expedite clearance and

Job Summary: We are looking for a competitive and self – motivated Sales Executive to help
us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and
