Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for drivers during the shift.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with route, scheduling, or operational queries.
• Coordinate effectively between drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate call logs, incident reports, and resolution records.
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant departments promptly.
• Ensure driver issues are addressed within defined timelines.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).

Work Schedule:

• Shift Time: Rotational Shifts
• Days of Working: 6 days during probation and 5.5 days post probation (alternate weekends working)
• Holidays: Only UK Bank Holidays
• Work Mode: On-site (Mohali)

Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts
Liaise with clients for queries, registry processes, and account documentation

Lead and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
