Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings from reference images (even complex or ornate pieces)
• Develop production-ready 2D drawings, with complete dimensions, joinery, and material notations
• Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and maintain brand luxury standards
• Collaborate with artisans and fabricators to resolve technical issues
• Maintain a library of technical drawings for ongoing and future collections
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in furniture or product design, preferably in luxury or bespoke segment
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D is a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and fabrication techniques
• Ability to interpret and replicate designs from visuals with high accuracy
• Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Prior experience working in luxury furniture brands or high-end bespoke projects
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, CNC detailing, and joinery
• Skills in Rhino, SolidWorks, or 3ds Max are a plus

Job Description:
Liaising with internal customers to understand requirements, estimating
and agreeing timescales of production
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines – Scheduling &
optimizing production resources to maximize efficiency
Managing the Assembly Line – enhancing productivity and driving
efficiency, ensuring repair & maintenance of production equipment
Responsible for setting up of complete production including hardware &
software requirements
Raw material standardisation, vendor feedback & improvement
reporting, . Excellent knowledge of Lithium ion cells
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Developing EWS for trouble-shooting and resolve issues in record
timelines
Driving Cost effective measures to bring down cost of production
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
Expertise in Testing & Quality – enabling & maintaining Highest
Standards of Product & Process Quality for the company
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process.
Desired Profile:
Hands on experience in Production Management of Power Electronics
Products like Lithium Ion battery pack, BMS, Lithium ion charger, UPS,
Inverters, SMPS (AC-DC/ DC-DC) etc.,
Should have thorough Knowledge in all types of Communication circuit design
like, CAN, MODBUS, USB, GPRS/GSM, WIFI, NFC, BLE etc.,
Should have knowledge about various EMI/EMC / Safety compliance
standards as per IEC / EN /UL etc.,
Knowledge about Reliability Testing and methods.
The Successful Applicant:
Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E OR M.Tech/M.E ECE/EEE/E&I
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of sound experience in core
electronics Manufacturing
Preferred Industry: Li-ion Battery, EV, Solar, Power electronics

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using
accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal entries, and other necessary
vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable; reconcile vendor and customer
statements.
Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on receivables.
Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain records.
Assist with monthly GST filings, TDS payments, and other statutory
compliances.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
Generate reports such as trial balance, P&L statements, and balance sheets
as required.
Support in payroll processing and expense reimbursements (optional based
on role structure).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST portal.
Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and
compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or trading firm (especially if
inventory/accounting integration is required).
Familiarity with ERP systems or cloud-based accounting tools.
