● Experience in designing projects for both Print and Digital media.
● Ability to work collaboratively with creative directors and content writers.
● Understand business objectives and proactively contribute to design ideas
● Develop a high level of understanding of briefs requirements, communication
strategy and client’s perspective and execution of campaigns along with team
members.
● Provide designs for digital, offline and social media campaigns and other
digital communication collateral.
● Develop the visual tone, and messages that will shape into the most effective
communication for the concerned brand.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects
at once
● Able to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas
Qualifications & Skills Required:
● minimum 1-3yr experience in a design/creative firm
● Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
● Mastery of Photoshop, and Illustrator.
● Ability to work on tight schedules.
● Basic Knowledge of After Effects is an added bonus

• To be the Single point of contact for internal (Company ends) and external (client ends) for
the entire project/s
• Coordinate with Project Planning, and SCM Team and ensure deliveries are aligned to
Project Schedule
• Conduct regular project review meetings and ensure adherence to schedule with the client
and our end.
• Conduct internal review meetings for resource optimization, allocation, and enhance
• productivity
• Review designs, calculations & drawings and ensure their timely submissions after
obtaining approvals from customers and the design team.
• Clarification of issues with respect to vendors and ensuring timely execution of the project at
the site.
• Capable of Multitasking and delivering multiple things on time
• Review critical issues and procedural delays w.r.t. design aspects of equipment/Parts and
• extend support to Site Execution teams
