Job Description– Maintaining records of all the installed equipment and creating MIS reports for different stakeholders including contract status. – Maximizing revenue by ensuring timely follow up by the service team with customers.- Supporting the field service team with the required documentation including quotations and other data of customers. – Coordinating with the principal company on different aspects to ensure proper billings and record maintenance.- Maintaining sales data and providing reports as required by the Sales Team and Management.
Required Skills
– Good analytical skills and proactiveness. – Experience in MS Excel Basic excel tools for MIS preparation. – Proficiency in creation of quotations and communication skills. – Stability and mindset to grow with the company for a long period of time.
