 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
 Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
 Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement,
and other reports.
 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
 Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
 Secures financial information by completing database backups.
 Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
 Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
 Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation,
enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

JD:JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the development and continuance of two-way communication between the
company and its stakeholders.  Requires communication, finance, marketing and
security laws knowledge to manage investor relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Prepare, evaluate and lead the bird view strategy for the investor relation and
press for the Company.
 Leading the team for investor relations
 Collect and analyse business unit financial and operational data for investor
presentations.
 Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings.
 Analyze individual business unit performance and conduct peer company
comparisons.
 Maintain current market intelligence.
 Track and analyze macro market data and assess operating activity
ramifications.
 Contribute to the development of quarterly earnings press releases and
quarterly conference call notes.
 Prepare materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
 Prepare and maintain the sentiment analysis of the market for the Company
and competitors.

OTHER:
 Conduct special projects for the top management at both the corporate and
business unit level.
 Learn the operating and strategic fundamentals of all of the company’s
diversified service lines.
 Other high-profile projects as they develop.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
 Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Journalism or Business
 5 – 10 years of experience in Investor Relations for Listed companies,
Preferably in the US
 Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.

 Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain the
company’s image.
 Excellent written communication skills to prepare convincing presentations.
 Detail-oriented and have problem-solving skills.
 To understand financial reports and study daily financial market happenings.
 To be flexible, proactive, a learner, and be able to work within a team.
 Multi-tasking skills.
