4 To be able to generate adequate Candidate Profiles on his own, as per the job profiles given for any role – via various direct & in-direct channels, scrutinize & filter them with initial round of Interviews
5. To create & maintain an extensive database of all the candidates from the fenestration & building material industry
6. Must be able to converse in English too

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.
