Designation – Human Resources Manager

Qualification and Skills Required:
1. MBA in HR with prior work experience of 8-10 years.
2. Experience of working in a Client Support environment within the Financial services industry will be preferred.

Frame and implement all essential HR policies for effective organizational management.
Be the go-to person for all employees from HR and Administrative standpoint.
Drive Talent Acquisition in-line with Business goals, via various channels.
Plan and drive Continuous Employee Engagement activities.
Drive quarterly and yearly Performance Management System.
Manage payroll processing of all employees.
You will be leading the HR function of the business and directly reporting to the VPs and the MD. The
goal is sustainable business growth by providing a solid HR support and building a strong, disciplined,
motivated and cohesive team environment.
You will be exposed to general administrative role as well, in addition to the core HR responsibilities.

The specific work streams will include the following activities: –
Manage the hire to retire cycle of the employees (hiring, promotions, exits, payroll, etc.).
Deploy strong HR policies conducive to sustainable Business growth.
Ensure that all SOPs for HR processes are in place and adhered to by the team.
Define and implement Employee Engagement Calendar (birthday celebrations, work
anniversaries, festivals, team building activities, etc.).
Make team aware of the Code of Conduct and initiate required disciplinary action in case of
Drive quarterly and annual appraisal cycles and Performance Management System.
Gauge simmering dissatisfaction and take proactive actions for harmonious and productive
Act as a sounding board for the employees and guide them in line with Company’s values.
Drive recruitment activities such as sourcing, scheduling, screening, short listing, co-ordination,
documentation, and on boarding of the candidates.
Maintaining employees time keeping, attendance and leave record on daily, weekly, monthly and

The candidate should have excellent team management and interpersonal skills. This position involves working collaboratively with the Senior leadership team and MD of the organization.
There should be a strong drive for getting results effectively.
There should be openness to taking up ad hoc tasks, including those administrative in nature, in a dynamic work environment.
The candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills.
Further, the candidate should be good at multi-tasking and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a demanding position, since the HR function is to be newly developed in the organization, and it is suitable for candidates who have the ability and experience in designing and implementing new processes in a high-growth environment.
