 Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
 Establishing effective communication for successful execution of

 Prepare action plans for effective search for sales leads and
prospects.
 Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that
all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
 Gathering market information, analyzing and summarizing relevant
information.
 Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed
of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Requisite Skills:  The successful candidate should be an energetic, effective,
self- starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Confident and assertive
 Good negotiation skills & creative mind set
 Sound knowledge of the area of operation
 Able to engage in business relationships with individuals and
groups and a desire to improve these talents.
 Excellent client-interfacing skills
 Administrative skills
 Strong judgment and decision-making skills
 The ability to interact successfully across cultures

Desired Skills:

 Ability to lead a team
 Ability to perform under pressure
 Being performance-driven and focused on results
 Ability to self-motivate and motivate others
Education: Graduate in any discipline or PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing is desired.
