· Oversee financial management for two retail stores (and future expansions).
· Fix and manage the commission system (linking it to profits, conversion, and sales targets).
· Cash flow control: daily bank reconciliation, vendor payments, expense monitoring.
· Build replenishment model in coordination with purchaser (stock rotation, sell-through tracking).
· Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements; close books on time.
· Establish internal controls to plug leakages (discount misuse, cash handling).
· Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
· Provide weekly dashboards to management (sales, cash, outstanding, margins).
· CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
· 4–6 years of experience in retail or FMCG finance.
· Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (Odoo, Tally, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
· Sharp analytical ability; problem-solver.
