Job Description:-
-Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
-Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
-Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
-Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
-Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
-Experience in customer service will be a plus
-Working knowledge of office equipment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2) Graphic Artist (requirement of 10-12 candidates)
Timings: Any shift – 7AM to 3:15PM and 3:15 PM to 11:30PM (in 11.30PM drop we provide cabs for free but
only in Chandigarh, Panchkula & Manimajra)
Image retouching artist required (preferably 1-2 years exp), must be fully trained in Adobe Photoshop with
advance skill set in image retouching, editing and compositing.
The candidate must have following skills:
Quick with tools and shortcuts
Well versed with image editing techniques
Understands photography and has eye for detail
Able to work with tight deadlines
Able to work in a team environment
Punctual and dedicated
The selected candidate will get the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of retouch artists working on
high end photography for large e-commerce customers based overseas.
Salary package varies based on skill set and experience. (11K-13.5K)
