Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and ensure smooth onboarding.
* Build talent pipelines through job portals, agencies, referrals, and campus hiring.
* Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HRMS, employee records, and documentation.
* Draft HR policies, letters, and employee communications.
* Support performance management and employee development.
* Coordinate training initiatives and learning programs.
* Drive employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.
* Ensure timely statutory compliance filing, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour law documentation.
* Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, procurement, and office assets.
* Oversee warehouse inventory and dispatch of event swags and marketing materials.
* Coordinate with clients, courier partners, and internal teams for event logistics and timely deliveries.
Requirements
* MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
* 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HR & Admin experience.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and administration.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
