Immediate requirement of client servicing manager for Gurgaon, Candidate should have 1 to 4 years experience in this field, In hand salary will be 28 K per month, No of positions are four (4). We are looking for a candidate should be responsible for managing relationships with restaurants and capable to provide training to outlet staff, engage with outlet staff at various touch points in the entire life-cycle of relationship between outlets and company, making the outlets and their staff aware of new features of the app, retention of outlets along with preparing invoice and collecting payments, collecting feedback from the outlets and proposing process improvement ideas to the management, Should have ability to work closely with sales, marketing and business operations team to ensure growth and have 0-2 year of experience in relationship management/operations. The candidate should be proactive and highly self-motivated, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email (if required) and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer centric attitude & very good in follow through, data driven and strong organizational skills education any graduation from tier 2 college (MBA not required).

We have openings for customer support team leader in Gurgaon, Candidate should have 1 to 5 years working experience and must have exp. earlier handled a team, In hand salary will be 25-28 K per month. No of openings are three (3). The candidate should have responsibility to provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the E-mail, Phone & Facebook , meet customer requirements through first contact resolution, clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem, demonstrate empathy, greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures, confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed, prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file, management of resources, planning & allocation of work will be required, supervising, mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues, mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues, ensure regular audits of communications are performed and the appropriate training is provided to personnel in this area. Urgent requirement of product manager for Gurgaon, The candidate should have minimum 1 to 4 years experience in this field, Salary will be 10 LPA. to 12 LPA. We are looking for a candidate should have mobile app background and B.E. / B.tech must require. Candidate should have minimum of 3+ years of formal industry/professional experience as a product manager and must be absolutely in sync with product recent design standards and trends, No of openings are two (2).

Responsibilities: Product Manager Defining the product Road map.

Analyzing Conversion metrics, user feedback, process efficiencies, product profitability and define targets Carrying out Competitor benchmarking and market research to identify best practices In-depth analysis of external and internal user issues, complaints and feedback to develop new features Brainstorm across teams for new features, functionalities and process modifications. Gathering requirement after thorough discussions with all internal and external stakeholders Developing UI and Process Flows Developing requirement document(BRD,FRD/PRD) for the product development Creating UI mockups based on the requirements and functionality Developing high fidelity mocks by involving UI designers Involved in understanding existing process work flows, analysis and suggesting improved work flows for increased productivity and usability Product Development & Testing Providing training to project members on the business need and product functionality. Collaborating with QA in developing and updating test cases for testing the product Involved in detailed defect triaging during pre UAT and UAT testing. Maintaining knowledge materials on the domain and functionalties of the product developed. Following industry best practices for leading opment, such as Agile SCRUM. Post Product release activities Performing & leading usability testing. Developing training material for sales, marketing, end users and other essential stakeholders Gathering product feedback from end users, internal stakeholders and business owners Analyzing Conversion metrics, user feedback, to define product road map, feature enhancements and future targets Owning the development of these enhancements from requirement gathering to release.
