We have opening for Regional Sales Head. Please go through the details:

Company: Media Company

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs

Salary: – 6 to 8 lacs PA

Positions: 02

Main Responsibilities –

– Establish and grow relationship with decision makers/ influencers within major client and ad-agencies.

– Actively identify and pursue new advertising and revenue opportunities.

– Strategize for growth and maximum share of category spends on digital platform

– Providing actionable insights on ad-performance using analytical tools.

– Report on ad sales, impressions and related metrics client servicing and key account management.

– Meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets

– Keep upto date with trends and development in the digital industry to gain early insights into new business opportunities.

Qualifications / Experience –

· Graduate (MBA preferred) with 4 – 6 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in online agency business or within online ad sales)

· Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition

· Should have experience in CPM/CPC/CPL/PPC models etc

· Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills

· High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities.

· Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders. Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player

· Ability to understand customer segment / customer specific needs & requirements and provide best solution

· Must have good exposure and contacts with advertiser

Salary: INR 6,00,000 – 8,00,000 P.A
