Education – UG / Any Graduate / Any Specialization
Location – Ghatkopar
Salary Package – 1.8 lac to 3 lac
Key skills –

Job Duties –
o Coordinating with the customers post sales.
o Coordinating with Sales Team by managing schedules, filing the documents and communicating relevant information.
o Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
o Responding to each and every issue or complaints from customers and make ensure complete satisfaction.
o Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
o Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
o Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
o Feedback to customers through mails/phones as per requirement. (Communication Channel).
o Tele-marketing.

o Brand promotions
o Explain the customers – product offers / benefits
o Customer follow-up

o Maintain register for the same.
o Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
o Generating new leads through Tele callings.
o Identifying client’s requirements and offering the best suited project to clients through tele calling.
o Arranging site visits & Take the appointments with Clients through Tele calling.
o Reaching the targets and goals set by the Manager o Meet the targets given.
