Experience : 4 to 6 yrs.
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)/ Automobile Manufacturing
Skills & Competencies:
Technical:
1. Process & Product Knowledge
2. Rubber / Component Maintenance
3. TQM & IATF Awareness ( Documentation )
Generic: Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:
1. Responsible for all electrical and mechanical engineering issues in Mixing /Component
areas.
2. To check the machine downtime is matching with production and to be rectified if any
discrepancy found.
3. To follow panel cleaning schedule and check sheet to be updated
4. All IATF and EHS related documents to be updated.
5. Planning & Executing Preventive Maintenance of all the equipment’s in mixing /
component area.
6. To control and manage spares inventory to minimize downtime and ease of
maintenance.
7. To guide fitters and electricians for completing the breakdown jobs.
Compensation – Maximum CTC 4.20 LAC
