v Foreign Exchange Industry is Preferable /Experience in Marketing in Hospitality industry and from Banking also.

v Should have worked with at least a couple of FFMC’s (Full Fledged Money Changer) in a similar capacity and strong in Marketing especially to corporate segment.

v Should have been a team leader leading a team under him.

v Presentable, Pleasing personality, Polite composed to handle any situation.

v The Busness Development Executive is responsible for Business development and should plan his Marketing calls for the day.

v The Busness Development Executive should generate his own data base and look forward for data base through his own sourcing for a prospective client.

v The Busness Developmentshould ensure business interest on all products and services available with ICCL and promote in selling / offering them by way of cross selling in the larger interests of our organization.

v The Busness Development to ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, collection of one time documents and collection of documents during sale/purchase as per AML/KYC norms.

v The Busness Development to ensure the process of tallying cash (FCN, T. Cheques and Pre paid Cards) on daily basis are adhered by the cashier and verifying by another team member is in place on daily basis.

Job Responsibilities – Handling the team of approx. 15 manufacturing technicians and take responsibility of all manufacturing related activities. Should be technical and good knowledge of manufacturing processes along with production management.
.Responsibilities:
Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labelling and record keeping.
Report planned work status before end of shift.
Maintain work order flow by monitoring steps of the process and Minimize downtime
Check production output according to specifications.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency.
Observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and systems;
Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
Accomplishing work results; respect priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Submit reports on performance and progress.
Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
Maintaining discipline on shop floor.
Orienting and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
Maintains working relationship with all technicians by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
