Ø  Job Description and Responsibility

• Manage the Quality Assurance procedures and processes. 
• Implement and support a Test management platform.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality
• Building and managing the large teams effectively.
• Train and assist Testers to perform proper testing.
• Report Quality metrics and Test results to Project and Department managers. 
• Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and implement short and long-term tactical quality plans. 
• Plan, coordinate, and direct quality programs, initiatives and activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Company Products. 
• Evaluate product performance, reliability, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Create or Update SOP’s and standards
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation

Ø  Qualifications and  Skills

• Bachelors in Computer science or equivalent. 
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a software development Company.
• Experience with testing in agile environment. 
• Experience implementing Test management platforms. 
• A working knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques. 
• Proficiency with MS operating systems and software. 
• Demonstrated ability to write technical documents. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem solving skills. 
• The ability to develop partnerships and influence. 
• Ability to work independently and has strong team building skills. 
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies and metrics of quality assurance.

UI Designer

Designation- UI Designer

Job Description- We are looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

Responsibilities & Requirements-

10 or more years of experience and proven track record.

• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during an interview.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
• Creative ideas withproblem-solving mindset.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

• Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, prototyping, storyboards, user flows, and mocking up user experiences.

• As the project evolves, the UX Designer/Developer will design, code the markup, conduct user testing, and perform other user-facing activities to validate thedesign, and interaction.

• Work with internal stakeholders to perform user testing

• Develop mobile and cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using C# ASP .NET, HTML5, CSS4, JavaScript and JQuery as well as frameworks like bootstrap or Foundation.

• Contribute to design, technical and functional documentation such as detailed architectural and design documents as requested.

• Ability to define, architect and implement UX solutions based

on stakeholders’ requirements and designs

• Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design and develop solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design

• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.

• Familiarity with code versioning systems (GIT)

• Good understanding of page speed optimization principles and tools.
• An understanding of SEO principles
