Training Coordinator Job Description:
Handle all the types( call, mail or inquiry form) of IT course inquiries via voice and non-voice process
Inform about our IT Online Training services such as Individual Online Training, Corporate Online Training, and Corporate Offline Training.
Deliver proper information about course curriculum, course fee, course duration, Self-paced video learning programs etc to the Enquirer
Prepare and maintain training curricula, course user groups, knowledge assessments, and user accounts in the CRM software.
Communicate and coordinate with the Trainers/ Instructors and the training participants and conduct demo sessions and training batch sessions as per the schedule.
Follow-up of inquiries that are inboxed from various countries and make a record of them in the CRM software.
Flexible enough to work in a team
Must have good negotiating and convincing skills.
Shifts & CTC
Shift timings : 10am – 7pm, 2pm-11pm & 9pm to 6am
CTC : 1.2Lacs to 3 Lacs p.a
Prerequisites
Any graduate with 0 to 3 years of work experience in BPO/Call Center/CRM/Online Sales etc
Good communication skills in English is a must.
Strong determination to work
Commitment to work with us for 1 year minimum
Flexible enough to work in shifts.
